Toyota said we needed valve cover gaskets replaced and wanted over $800 for it, we called Cardinal they quoted $400 when we brought it in they discovered that the valve gasket covers are fine, the Toyota person who changed our oil spilled oil all over our engine. Cardinal cleaned it up, tested for any leaks and charged us nothing. We appreciate their honesty and the mechanic taking the time to show us what happened. Will be back for service on all of our family cars. 👍

I've had my car at several repair shops trying to resolve a poor performance and overheating issues from the engine. Other shops where trying to sell me a transmission but it never seemed right. Cardinal correctly diagnosed it as a blocked exhaust and fixed it for MUCH less than the cost of a transmission. Very thorough professional service at a good price. Extremely honest and affordable! They get me in as soon as possible (a lot of the time within a day if possible) and have returned my car to me same day if not, the next! Being a young woman and unfamiliar with mechanics, I’m grateful for their honesty and transparency both in the work that needs done and the price. They’ve never tried to oversell me on anything and keep me informed of my car’s maintenance needs! Also both the owner and mechanics are great with communication both on explaining and even showing you the issue at hand as well as keeping you updated on the progress. Truly 10/10 service, I’m grateful to be a customer.

They worked on my car quite a few times. Car kept overheating. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I was tired of dealing problems with my car so I sold it dirt cheap. Someone bought my car and whatever was wrong with it. they fixed it. can’t figure out why Cardinal Auto couldn’t figure it out Now I see my car driving around town. Wish I still had it.
